1BHK - BAR-HAUTÉ-KITCHEN is a unit of Plentos Ventures - Hospitality division. A two-storey construction is occupying the heart in Pune’s upscale and ever expanding Baner-Balewadi area that evokes the city’s ubiquitous charm. Exclusivity of the architecture, engineering, and operation reflects the strength of the tailor’s flair. On the ground level are the alfresco promenade and the brasserie offering salads, soups, sangrias, coffee and juices with a take-away option. The Bar and Kitchen serving hauté cuisine, fashion food on the upper level has 28000 vineyard wood cuttings on the ceiling and plank walls around. The Superbar that is a high-energy bar separates the tapas and dining section and is designed for easy interaction with the guests whilst seating on high-stools. The hauté cuisine served in the dedicated casual dining is with an Indian touch. The DJ console sits above the island Superbar with an unexposed ladder passing by from within the bar. In the interior, carved vigorous words, contemporary materials, and pastel patterned drawer bar are combined with light effects to take the guests on a fancy trail. The super luxury bar and dining space have a Martin Audio Sound System. Martin Audio has mentioned 1BHK as one of their preferred superior installations in India. Czechoslovakian Mini-me mellow lights at the bar are sure to set the mood of a person. To get the diners involved and make the place be more than a typical diner, bottle club and fish your wine concept where guests cheer for the person fishing the wine bottle from the wine rack keep the guests enthralled. Diner’s coziness will never be at stake with only one of its kind Jhula-Table concept that lets you walk around with all ease. The Chefs at 1BHK are handpicked from all over India and have extensive experience of working in top-notch properties across the country.
