The lifts was not working properly. On e of the lift was stopped that made everyone to wait for 10-10min to move upstairs or downstairs. We faced lot of problem and the room provided was worst. The AC was leaking and there was water every where in the room. The main entrance was not decorated on time even we had to stand there for the decoration to be done in front of us only.
