we were extremely disappointed with the way our event was handled by you and your team . We did not get any of the promised things .. all the decor was of fake flowers and the few flowers used on the table arrangements were clearly recycled . Ms Bushra was sipping tea in the hall while me and my personal staff was actually lifting furniture around the venue . Nothing was ready on time . There was no excuse for delay as there was no rain or disruption for 36 hours prior to our event Vishali and the entire team of FNP bugged us for full payment and practically blackmailed us into paying 100% advance. As soon as they got thier advance they washed their hands off everything -No help in setup -bushra abandoned the function -no one came to check even once when the function started -did not give what was promised -no reply on emails or text -unprofessional -cheats Do not trust them with your special day.

Special Features of your venue?

A very beautiful fixed structure of traditional theme in Lawn no. 1 and in other lawn you have the choice of your own design and color scheme.

Rooms: How many rooms do you have at the property? Any complimentary rooms are provided for the booked event? Room Rates and Taxes?

Music: Till what time is music allowed? Can soft music be played after this time? Is there an inhouse DJ - complimentary or paid?

No inhouse DJ, Music is allowed till 11, soft music can be played after this time.

Parking: How many cars can be comfortably parked? Do you have valet service (free/chargeable)?

Menu: Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Do we get assistance from your Chef for menu selection?

We do not have inhouse catering. You may engage an external Caterer as per your preferences.

Outside alcohol is allowed, you have to provide the appropriate license.

Decorator: Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of in-house decorator for birthdays and weddings?

No outside decorator is allowed. Being 'Ferns n Petals', our decor starts from 3 lac.

Payment: Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

Yes you can divide. you have to pay 17% tax.
