If you are planning a wedding or any sort of party, formal or informal where you require a band, you need to look for one that fits the needs of your event. The party band you choose may make or break the event, so to find the right fit for your needs, we recommend keeping a couple of things in mind:
- Book the band as early as possible, have at least a three-month buffer between booking the band and your party or event as music bands have a lot of previous commitments and may not be available on the date you need them.
- Keep in mind the type of event you are catering to. Each event has a particular mood and vibe to be set, so make sure the band you choose will set the right tone at your party.
- Know your audience- It is important to know the kind of guests that will be attending the gathering, their taste, their age range and the perfect kind of music that will engage everyone and make the event lively.
- If the event you have planned has a theme, make sure you stick to it. Anniversaries- Anniversaries are momentous occasions, and a great band always goes down well at these kinds of events. Most live bands offer to play the couples favorite songs and charge anywhere between Rs. 10,000 to 50,000 per event.
Other significant events- the basic rates of bands in India are between Rs. 10,000 to 50,000 and the more expensive ones range from Rs. 50,000 to 5 lakhs depending on which band you choose.
