- If the client cancels the event for what so ever reason, no refund of payment shall be entertained. How ever, if the client wishes to postpone/ defer the subject event for which the advance payment has been made than in that case the advance payment made shall be adjusted accordingly for the postponement/deferred date(s) in the same season calendar year.
