• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total function cost is required to confirm the booking. This deposit must be paid at least one week before the event. Confirmation of your event is contingent upon receipt of this deposit. • Visthara Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if the deposit is not received by the stipulated date, without liability for any property loss.

Terms & Conditions

• No arms & ammunition allowed • Dress code - smart attire • Any Breakage by customer will be charged. • Pets are not allowed • Last orders for food will be accepted until 11:30 pm, and for drinks until 11:45 pm, unless otherwise directed by current conditions. • Any food or drink ordered outside of the chosen package will be billed at a la carte prices. • Food and beverages included in the package cannot be taken out or parceled. • In compliance with government regulations, all guests must vacate the restaurant by 12:30 am or as per the current situation • Menu selections must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy
