25% refund if cancelled/Postponement between 7-14 days from the date of booking 50% refund if cancelled/Postponement between 15-30 days from the date of booking 100% refund if cancelled/Postponement 31 days from the date of booking In case of no show by the booking party / or non-attendance by guests, Prestige Falcon Towers management shall not be liable to refund any booking amount to the applicant / booking party. Credit/Debit card/online bookings cancellations will be charged 5% extra. Refunds only through cheque/RTGS for bookings made by cheque/bank transfer. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund
