This was the worst experience of my life with any 5 star hotel.
It's not eligible to be called as a 5 star cause it's just an upgraded version of OYO.
They have removed their head chef as they could afford to pay him salary during this pandemic.
I would just highlight the pointers for the people to easily understand what all went wrong
1) Heavily understaffed to handle even 50 guests
2) Couldn't stick to the cake flavour and got me something else
3) Was promised a music system and they forgot to get me one
4) Says yes to everything while booking and on the actual event you'll actually be surprised for lot unprecedented actions
5) Failure to provide water to the rooms
6) Room keys didn't work for a whole floor
7) ACs in the room where not working
This was one of the most disgusting experiences of my life
