I along with a group of 5 friends (of which 3 were vegetarian) went to dine at this place last friday.
After having the starters, we have ordered one paneer gravy along with rotis. Instead we were served some chicken gravy and to our distress one person who was vegetarian since birth has tasted it and found something about the food was not usual. Others who just started having the food tasted the gravy by then.
We instantly summoned the waiter who served us and asked him what dish he served. He tried to deceive us by saying that the served dish was that paneer that we ordered. We asked him to call another waiter who then confirmed that it was indeed chicken that was served to us.
We are strict vegetarians by chance and by choice. The worst part is all that was ordered on the table was only vegetarian and instead we were served non-vegetarian on our plates against our will which was unprofessional.
When we informed this to the supervisor present there, he inconsiderately took the incident very casually and doesn’t even cared to bother how and why the mistake has happened.
When we eat out, we trust others to serve us exactly what we ordered. In this case, the trust was abused and we were cheated.
The supervisor instead of apologizing properly asked us what he could do other than waiving off the bill, as if he was performing some charitable act.
They lack proper administration and it makes them look no good by behaving in such demeaning manner.
The restaurant should be punished for what we went through and for hurting our sentiments.
