The Hotel is well maintained and has a very classy decor and everything a person would look for. I went there for a marriage booking for three days in a row along with the rooms for my guests. I didn't understand is there only one person responsible for Banquet Sales? If yes then its going to be too bad for Crowne Plaza Reputation. Because in my experience The Banquet Sales manager (Narmada) who is strictly not available on weekend will only give you time to talk if you are 100% sure about whether you will book the venue or not, else she will either come for 5 mins to be very precise and then transfer her job to her intern (Mayank) who was far more polite and helpful. I wanted to book the venue for the desired date along with the rooms for three days. Since Ms. Narmada was way too busy she didn't come to have further discussions and when i asked her for her time and came back again after an hour. She already left and told me over the phone that she will confirm the next day. But she didn't. I went on Sunday again because i liked the place and wanted to do my bookings. But then again there was no one available on Sunday who do the booking.
I would say just because of an employee the entire hotel's reputation get bad. I would never recommend anyone to got this place.
How can u pressurize me that if you won't book i wont give you the time for any discussion at all???
