Venue on time ready nahi mila hume... Magician aur game cordinator bol kr 2 logo k paise liye aur ek hi aya dono krne... Service was little slow...

Hygiene Issue
Washrooms were dirtier than a public toilet even after requesting staff to get it cleaned, venue was at the first floor while the washroom was at ground floor. Staff was otherwise very cooperative and feel of the place was also good.

They did the disaster by mentioning my father's instead of my fiance in the welcome board.
They mentioned my father's name with me instead of my finance name. And when i asked they said we did what u have shared :/ then i shared the screenshot where i mentioned the details to be mentioned in the board then they said yes it was a mistake. I faced little problem with the ac too. Also the staff in the complementary room hotel was super rude. They took 1 hour to give me a chair for makeup and when i asked for water they charged me to 1 bottle it has to be included in engagement package. Otherwise food and decoration was good.
