We had hosted a function at this hotel on 20th April 2015 and booked 6 rooms there.
We were promised that the rooms will be on the same floor but were instead given all rooms on different floors. The A/C on one of the rooms broke down and no service was provided.
On the day of the function, we reached the hotel just 2 hours before time, only to find out that the hall, Lavanya 1 is in a mess. The chair covers had food stains on them, the carpet was filthy. We had to call the manager Mr. Mehta to the banquet hall. Nothing could be done about the carpet at the last minute. The decoration props at the entrance were shabby and dis-coloured.
The DJ kept disappearing repeatedly leaving us helpless with repeated interruptions in the programme. Ultimately his equipment had to be operated by us.
As compensation for the mis-management we were promised by Ms. Sonam that one of our rooms would be made complimentary. This was refused at the time of payment.
We were thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in Ghaziabad. The view from the rooms are a must watch. Their packages are a complete value for money and the food is great. The staff is very customer friendly and helpful.
