Rooms: How many rooms do you have at the property? Any complimentary rooms are provided for the booked event? Room Rates and Taxes?

78 Rooms in total. 01 Complimentary Room is provided for event for 2-3 hours only. Room Rates are starting INR 4500 + 18.4% taxes on Single occupancy with breakfast.

Music: Till what time is music allowed? Can soft music be played after this time? Is there an inhouse DJ - complimentary or paid?

Till 11.00 pm. No music allowed after 11.00 pm. DJ-Paid, INR 18000 all inclusive.

Parking: How many cars can be comfortably parked? Do you have valet service (free/chargeable)?

150-175 cars can be comfortably parked. Valet Service -free

Menu: Can we change some items in the menu composition later? Do we get assistance from your Chef for menu selection?

Yes, you can change the menu one week prior to the event also. Chef will be there to assist for menu selection.

Alcohol: Is outside Alcohol allowed? Can one or two premier brands be allowed? Is there a license fee you charge?

Yes it is allowed. License fees - Not required.

Decorator: Is outside decorator allowed? If not, can you indicate the rough price range of in-house decorator for birthdays and weddings?

No, only the empaneled decorators are allowed. Birthdays-INR 10000 approx. Weddings-INR 50000 approx.

Payment: Can I divide the amount in cash and cheque components? Are there any tax waivers?

Yes you can divide. No waiver in tax component.

Payment terms and Cancellation Policy: Advance booking amount required? Cancellation and refund policy?

Payment terms -30% advance of MG at the time of booking. 100% advance of MG one week prior to the event. Cancellation policy/Refund policy - Retention Charges will be levied 100% if the event is cancelled one month prior to the confirmed date of function. The charges levied would be 75% if cancelled (60 days prior) & 50% (90 days prior) of the estimated cost of the function.

Taxes: What are the taxes charged on Food and Drinks?

Food - 29.77 %, Liquor - 27.09%
