Manager Sh.vineet very cooperative and cool but service was not that good.I had to ask them many times to serve particular items.It seems as they were trying to save their food cost by serving less no of items and less rounds of servings.i prepare whatsapp invites and video myself as they don't have much option.Brought Neon balloons mySelf for party.
Overall Party was good.
Food was horrible.. the don't even have proper cultery to serve food.. it was just waste of money.. never ever wanna go again there.. they don't even know how to serve the food. Only 1 waiter for 15 persons after paying so much it was just waste of money. Very disappointing experience
Did my daughters first birthday, superb ambiance, memorable theme and experience given by manager, they made our photo posters and invite and a small memorable movie on screen......best part was selfie corner with props... excellent music and fabulous food.... supportive and friendly satff.. really made my day
Experience was ok, I cant say superb kind of.
Payment was agreed as through paytm. However last moment was asked for account transfer or cash, it could have been avoided.
There was follow up for payment while program was still on and function was not over yet.
Serving staff could have been more cleanly dressed up.
Bad language used by the organiser..takes hidden paymnts. Food taste was good ..except the organiser behave other staff behave was average.experience wth pind balluchi was disappointing.i wont consider this for any next event ..not even mine only but for any other
The arrangement by Pind Balluchi was not up to the mark. The food arrangement was the most pathetic one. Nothing was on place or planned by them. There was no management in proper.
Things were scattered, we booked the place till 2 o clock but they even switched off the ac by 11 only that was the most pathetic thing.
I would never ever recommend the place to anyone
Even i am sure to put this sane review online on google to let people know.
