As the title says The Brand have no commitment towards the promise done at the time of booking. I booked the venue for my Brother's wedding, First of all the booking person showed many pictures of Decoration and took 50k extra as I required fresh flowers everywhere. Then after the booking was done and I was near about the wedding day. I met with a new person who reverted that the person has been sacked out for committing false promise to the customer. This was the same person who was sitting next to the person who took my booking.
Now 3 days before the function they told that we can't decorate with fresh flowers as it will cost too much for us. Here are the last moment when I was left with no choice I Asked what best can be done. So this gentleman asked for another 35k and changed my theme according to there venue.
No comes the food part I was offered all the menu items but after repeated asking for food testing they were giving excuses and when on the function day only few things were offered with stale food. The food was cold, The mocktail were without fizz served I showed to the organisers he asked the waiter to bring a fresh one but No Mocktail was served .
I highly recommend if anyone want to ruin there function then they must go for Tivoli Britannia Chowk. B-3 Laurance Road
