I had my engagement party at this amazing venue and let me tell you everybody fell in love with the hall. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the decor was so lush and elegant. People will not stop telling me how gorgeous everything was. Thank you for making my occasion so beautiful and fun!!!! I will definitely be having more parties here to come!!!
1.Staff is arrogant. 2 Price is very high. 3. Owner is not faithful at all. 4.Location is not good. 5. Lot of parking problems. 6.They can cancel your party even one day before your function and leave you helpless. 7.It's on 3rd floor and sometimes elevator (lift) doesn't work. 8.The owner is arrogant and Asks extra money at the time of party even for the small changes or adjustments. 9.Food is not according to the price. 10.Staff members asks money from guests for every little favor. 11.Traffic police can tow your vehicle and the party hall owner will not help you for that. It will be a huge mistake. There are many good options as compared to this hall in lesser amount with good food and good staff in the nearby area. NOTE: If still you are dealing with them make sure you take proper receipt at the time of booking don't go for kaccha bill because they may cheat you any time and if you don't have the proper bill, you can't even complain to police because you will not be having any proper proof of Booking and the owner will threaten you if you try to make the things working.
Venue was good and clean. Food was also good. The AC was started just before the start of the event. Hence, we could not feel the coolness when half the function was over.
In the last moments of the function when host and special guests were taking the dinner, I faced problem with service. Some items were either not or if provided after asking for 4/5 times.
The overall look of the banquet is good, but the service in food that we got, was not up to the mark. The food was cold and in-spite of asking the team to make it warm so that guests can have it, no action was taken. Many guests did not enjoy the food because it was not hot. Food is something that everyone enjoys and remembers even after party is over. But the weak point here was food. Very disappointing.
I will definitely not recommend Khushi Banquet because of the service it provided us.
