I am greatful for venuelook to introduc Ardor 2.1 to us. This place is an excellent choice for a team party, be it the food, ambience or the live music everything was just right to set the mood. Great support by Mr. Suveet from Ardor who made the whole event special to us.

He was very helpful n nice before we got their n by when we sat... everything changed.
I asked him earlier that we need good dancing space, it was not provided....we were asked to dance in the sitting area... which was very uncomfortable.
The dance floor was given to the other Party who paid 2800/- per head....
I told him that we would be having dinner after 1:00am.....we were forecd to have our dinner by 12:30am.
Before that 3-4 of my friends n me went to the floor for dance n we were asked to leave saying this area is not for us.
So overall the treatment we got was not so generous and expected after paying 25k.
We told them to serve liquor from 9 to 12...
At 12 they were supposed to stop the service of liquor....but what happened was unimaginable....
2 out of 3 bottle's of whiskey were not used....inspite of leaving it there for us they took it away....
We told them k you should not serve after 12 but we can drink what we already have on table but they denied...
Very pushy n bit rude behaviour....
But still VenueLook does its best n I'm satisfied with that.
Organized Sunday Buffet Lunch for my father's 70th b'day celebration. I must say that apart from little tension in the beginning, rest everything was excellent at Ardor 2.1. People's review about its food is actually true. Very tasty food, very hospitable and courteous staff. Inspite of heavy Sunday rush, for our group of 35 people, Ardor provided us with a separate space with no issues in services. All my guests thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, food and services.
They even decorated that space with some baloons and rose petals.
This was my first experience with Ardor and turned out to be good. I did not had to got their before hand for any arrangements. They delivered what was promised.Highly recommended!
Two recommendations: 1. Please have more neat and spacious washroom especially for ladies and if it can be included inside the restaurant somewhere it would be better. Currently the washroom looks more like a formality!
2. The option to pack the food and the cake etc so the guests can carry back home in case of requirement.
Overall nice place to hangout with family.
