It’s worth for getting insulted from relatives.
In one word- What they promised on paper and what they served is totally different.
Management should understand, marriage occasion comes once in the life and it’s dream for everyone to get this done perfectly.
Services are not at all OK, many of my relatives complaints about services and recipe. Specially, non-veg (it was not proper cooked).
They never serve mutton or any expensive/quality items unless and until you ask or guest desperately demands with them.
The worst thing is, they do have boxers to collect the money at end.
In my scenario, we had agreed for 150 guest and also, agreed if guest exceed more than 150, they will have proper services for at least 50 more guest but they failed to serve first 70 guest.
Excuse was- Mutton/ fish is over.
Still i remember, last 2 round of people (approx. 35) did not had proper food, almost everything was over and me and my friends served 35 people.
As a responsible person for this booking, it was very bad feeling for me.
While doing the full and final settlement, they handed over the bill to boxers for collecting the amount. Boxers did not allowed us to listen any inconvenience which happened. Full amount was taken for 150 plate forcibly with providing the services.
No GST bills given as well.
Please looks for alternative, there are many good banquet hall you may get.

I had my booking for my Daughter marriage on 21 march, Although we had booked this place few month back , but because of covid as groom was suppose to come from middle east, there were travel restrictions, so we were uncertain about the date, we had paid them 15000 in advance for which their manager Mr Faiz was calling to my Wife day and night and threatening to cancel the booking even when they had 5000 in advance, we gave him 10000 more, but due to uncertainty we wanted to cancel that booking one month before but they said they will not refund the booking amount even if it is one lac, we would not refund. even after so many reminder. they have their own sets of rule, thugging people. they are doing 40: 60 percent in billing and non billing. no proper receipt is given for advance. they are just stealing the tax.
be aware when you give advance to them take every thing in writing.
