• Balance 70% of the payment shall be made 7 days prior to the function & final payment, If any strictly at the end of the function by cash / credit card.

• The management reserves the right to cancel if the payment is not paid on time.

• All changes will be levied and calculated in the actual number of the persons or the guaranteed number of persons whichever is higher.

• Outside food and beverages of any kind will not be permitted in the premises for consumption during the function.

• Any reduction in the number of guaranteed person is allowed 48hrs prior to the function & not later.

• Menus to be finalized are at least one week in advance.

• Crackers are not allowed inside and in the vicinity of premises.

• Dj & any other music instruments are not allowed in banquet premises.

• Music, loud speaker & dance are not allowed at eminence properties and also in banquets we are not responsible for any incidence.

• Decoration all kinds of useful amenities (Like electronics equipment, Stage, Projector) can be arranged which will  be charged extra.

• Food snacks drink ordered at the banquet are for consumption within the banquet premises only will be packed.

• We can't provide any sitting service in the banquet premises.

• Seating chair available in prestige- 60 and Prominence-125 Nos.

• The management will not be responsible for the lost of any valuable within the premises.

• Alcohol, outside beverages & eatable items from outside are not allowed in the banquet premises.

• Party will be responsible for any physical damage done to the premises.

• Vehicle parking at owner' risk.
