Hi,
Recently I have hosted my son’s birthday party on 29th April 2018 dinner for around 100 guests in Swagath De Royal Kondapur banquet hall on 4th floor and below is the consolidated review (reviews based on inputs from many guests and not individual review).
Food : - 3 rating out of 5.
- As the quality of food is quite average and not high. Ex:- We have ordered Pine apple juice that is in the menu but lot of water is there in the juice.
- Food taste is average and has to be improved a lot.
- While serving the food especially non veg, they are serving very little and we need to keep on asking, this need to be improved.
- Food spicy levels are well managed and in control as per the customer needs, if we advise hotel management about the spicy levels they will make it accordingly. So no comments on food spicy ness.
Banquet hall:- 4 rating out of 5.
- Ambience of banquet hall is very good, seating arrangements, stage etc. are very well and looks great.
- Air conditioning of the hall is super, though it is quite summer, every guest is very comfortable.
- Management is good (sales etc.) and the processes in terms food menu selection, their coordination is fairly good.
- Hall and toilets are hygienic.
- Hospitality and response from staff is good.
