I had a very good experience with NKPY people are very cooperative. The only problem was with parking. They misguided me by telling that they have a huge parking space available behind hotel and wallet will park you car there. But when i handed my car to wallet he parked my card just where I handed him and on receiving the car there was a huge scratch on the bumper.
Overall it was good.
As my title says "The hotel staff has mastery to spoil your experience. Beware!"
Disclaimer: my review is specially regarding Hotel banquet, lodging and the room services.
If you have watched the show "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" I am very sure the next episode can be made in this hotel.
Booked for a Birthday party on 20-21 April, Stayed in room number 105-106. about rooms (are good but hot water was not there).
Breakfast: ideal time is 7:30 am for breakfast but even after ordering food at 7:40 we got it ready in 1 hour and for 10 people (paid extra for 4 persons/extra beds) the quantity of food given was not even enough for 4 people, that too after repeated followups. staff has standard answer sir we will get in done shortly( but trust me this "shortly" has no timelines to meet and your wait will be endless)
Banquet: food served in banquet was below par, they initially told me about having quality chefs available but the food which was served was worse than what you get at dhaba. Breads which were made half n hour back were served in foil papers, Dal makhni was no where close to how actually dal makhni looks(it was mix daal rather). Moong daal halva was tasteless and soulless.big counter was in place for mocktails but none was served to guests.
Hotel staff keep on fighting with each other, they dont bother rather they dont know what hospitality is.
Only thing the staff is good at is in money recovery(paying for worst of services which are non-existent), and when you tell them the feedback they dont accept any mistakes.
Verdict: Good for just a overnight stay, donot expect much from staff. Booking the banquet for a party must be avoided as you dont get the kind of services and support from staff that you deserve after paying for it.

The NKPY is located in an ideal location of just 12km from the international and domestic airports. It has a total of 20 well furbished with modern amenities, guestrooms. The restaurant has staff that is formal and professional. The food here is delicious to eat, another reason to spend more time at the NKPY hotel. The hotel also has a great looking terrace lounge, where the guests can relax and have a good time listening to the soothing music and enjoy their drinks and beverages. The hotel also provides comfortable valet parking. The NKPY hotel is best for birthday parties, weddings, corporate meetings and parties, kitty parties etc. The NKPY hotel has banquets and restaurants that suit every need for every occasion.
