One of the worst experiences, which no one wants to recall.
I was in touch with one of the Manager regarding all the planning and seating arrangement. When I went to venue couple of hours before the event timings, I came to know the manager is on leave as he's not well. Here's where all the nightmare started.
1) Asked for a specific seating arrangement. Earlier it was promised it will be don't. When reached venue on time, it was all different seating arrangement. At that very moment, they started re-arranging the seating arrangement. This was being done when the guests had already arrived. Such a shame as hosts !
2) CEILING AC leakage. One whole section was blocked as one of the CEILING AC started leaking. It was pouring water everywhere. We were not even able to access that area, even though we booked the whole floor. That was such an embarrassment that 50 odd guests are watching the rainfall within Barbeque Company.
3) Employee's were in a hurry to get the full payment before even the party started. Never thought party would had gone like this, it was a nightmare. Would never had paid the full amount.
Already attended a party at same venue, that's why booked this. Paid full amount in advance. BUT THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.
Among all, the only good part was Food. It was fine.
Overall, it was really bad experience. You plan special things for you little one's first birthday. If it's ruined like this, you can never re-live those memories again.
