Booking Policy

• In order to book, you must have a completed and verified order form, , and pay a 50% order retainer deposit to hold and secure your order and date.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24 hour delivery window starts. a. Order ID: b. Cancellation Reason: c. Refund Account Details: Refund shall be made under following conditions: a. Order was cancelled. b. Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient) c. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund, it will be made in 7 working days, however, decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer. Floracake will bear cost of return, if applicable. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days. In case of Cancellation, 10% charge will be applicable. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund. Any extra amount credited to floracake account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Floracake shall have the deciding hand. Floracake may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

• Flower arrangements / Cake decoration / Combo shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control. If ordered flowers/cake/combo are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers/cake/s of equal value according to our substitution policy. In case of flowers, cakes, (all being perishable items) not delivered due to the receiver or any representative is not available, door found locked, security not allowed delivery person to enter premises, address not found, phone not answered, phone switched off, phone out of service area at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. No refund can be claimed for such cancelled orders. If recipient not accepted the gift then it will be treated as delivered. Orders received for same day after office hours i.e. after 6 pm IST will be delivered next day, such orders cannot be cancelled, no refund can be given. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. Amount paid for such items will be refunded. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
